Freewheeling Youths Ticked Off in Banteay Meanchey

Banteay Meanchey: Banteay Meanchey traffic police arrested teenagers who posted images of them doing stunts on motorbikes and posted them on social media.

Police say these actions are affecting public order safety on the streets, and called the boys guardians to come and sign contracts agreeing not to do wheelies and such forth in the future.

After some education in road safety, the boys were released with a stern warning.
