A 21-year-old man from Takeo province who was the motorcycle owner died and other males aged 20 and 28 were seriously injured
As the men were on the ground, opportunist thieves arrived and stole the motorbike and valuables from the dead and injured before escaping.
An ambulance then took two victims who were seriously injured to hospital.
