Kampot: A preliminary report says on the morning of June 19, 2019, at 4:20 am, a train accident occurred at a corner of Andoung Khmum, Kampot city.
The unknown person, believed to be suffering from mental health issues, was hit by an oncoming train, and was left seriously injured.
Authorities arrived at the scene with medical support.
