12 Chinese Kidnappers Caught in Poipet
Banteay Meanchey Province : On the order of Brigadier General Ath Kheam, the Banteay Meanchey provincial police commissioner, police detained a total of 12 Chinese people on the same day, but in different locations who were involved in the use of violence to kidnap victims of the same Chinese nationality.
According to the source, police raided a home in Poipet, arresting six Chinese suspects and freeing a victim at 4pm on Saturday, June 15, 2019.
