Indonesian and Military Officer Get RCAF Car Confiscated
Sihanoukville: Military police report that Preah Sihanouk province’s gendarmerie arrested one Indonesian and another military officer driving a car with RCAF plates at noon on June 14, 2019.

2 / KUANIA WAN WIJAYA, a 34-year-old Indonesian male living in Sihanoukville, who used the car to bring Chinese passengers from Preah Sihanouk International Airport Sihanouk to the city.
An Escalade 2004, was seized by the court.
The Indonesian was made to sign an education contrac and the military officer is facing disciplinary action. The car was to confiscated and kept in the provincial police headquarters.
