The 98 metre long Aviva cost $250 million doubles up as the tycoons office and houses his art collection.
Lewis, a UK tax exile now based in The Bahamas, is worth over $5 billion and is a key investor in Tavistock Group, which among other things owns a major stake in EPL side Tottenham Hotspurs FC.
