Weekly Weather = More Rain

Phnom Penh: The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology issued Cambodia’s weather report from June 12 to June 18, 2019.

Low-pressure continues to extend to Cambodia and will affect the conditions at sea.

1: From June 12th to June 18, rainfall will continue to fall heavily across the whole country.

2: Coastal provinces and south east along Vietnamese border; rainfall will increase in intensity, some places will have very heavy rain with risk of flooding.

3: Provinces in the northwestern part of the country will also see increase in rain storms.

4: In the upper provinces in the northeast rainfall will fall from moderate to heavy.

5: Thunderstorms con the 12th to 13th June will bring heavy rain, winds, and high waves at sea.

The ministry has called for people to be more aware of tides, thunderstorms, winds and waves.
