UPDATE: Official Jumps From Ministry Building
Phnom Penh: A municipal official of the Ministry of Environment killed himself by jumping from the fourth floor of the Environment Ministry building, on the morning of June 10, in Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Mon district.
UPDATE: According to the latest report, the victim, Om Seng Hour, 30, was suffering from a physical illness. He was an administrative officer in the Ministry of Environment.
The cause of the suicide is unknown and police are investigating.
