Ukrainians Arrested by Anti-Cyber Crime Cops
Phnom Penh: On June 3, 2019, the Anti-Tech Crime Department has cooperated with Police Inspectorate of Phnom Penh Police Commissariat detained two foreign men.
Vladymyr Antonevycm, 29, and Volodymyr Behal, 35, are both from Ukraine.
The charges are not clear, the source says they are over ‘cases of collusion with other foreign passports to trafficking’, which sounds like selling fake or stolen passports.
After the arrest, both suspects were sent to the prosecution department of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to hand over the case.
