Man Tries to Jump From Bridge With Child

Kandal: On June 7, 2019, at 4:10 pm at Prek Samrong Bridge, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, a father with his child was stopped from jumping.

Heng Samnang, a 44 year old moto-dop from Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
and his 3 year old daughter Sek Chhang stopped on the bridge on a black Dream motorcycle.

Traffic police from Takhmao intervened when the man started acting strangely and took the pair to the police station.
