Dengue Outbreak in Ratanakiri

Ratanakiri: According to the Rattanakiri Health Department, officials are closely monitoring the situation following an outbreak of dengue fever in Rattanakiri Province.

The announcement was made by Dr Oung Rattana, Director of Provincial Health Department at Rattanak Kiri Referral Hospital on Friday, June 8, 2019.

A large number of children are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital after contracting the mosquito transmitted disease and tents have been put up to accommodate the extra patients. https://postnews.com.kh/local/449000
