Drunk On Moto Flies Through Highlander
Phnom Penh: An accident occurred at 11:30 pm on June 3, 2019, on Stung Meanchey Flyover in Stung Meanchey 1 District, Meanchey City Phnom Penh.
A drunk, riding a motorbike at ultra-high speed hit a Highklander car from behind, throwing him through the rear window.
The injured man, about 20 years old, was seriously injured after flying into the car driven by a Chinese man. However, he refused to go to the hospital until his relatives arrived.
His motorbike was sent to Meanchey district traffic control to wait for a legal settlement with the car owner.
