Shots Fired At Takhmao KTV by Military Officer

Kandal: Four shots were fired at 8:30 PAM on June 2, 2019 outside the B-Gold Bazaar, Prek Reng Village, Kamponghaung Commune, Takhmao City, Kandal Province.

The gunman walked into the KTV, fired off 3 shots and yelled something like, “Ah Sorn Ana, I shoot to kill/ die!” He then rode off on a motorbike along St 115 and fired off a last round.

UPDATE: The gunman has now handed himself in, and is being questioned. He has been identified as a military officer.
