iPhone Cop Decision Reversed

Phnom Penh: Following a wave of criticism, the police officer who was filmed stealing an iPad will be to be sent to court for legal action.

After being questioned and released on May 31, 2019, without complaint from the iPad owner, the news spread across social media, causing an outcry.

The decision to not prosecute maritime border officer Heng Hab, had now been reversed and it is reported he will be up before the judge sometime on Monday June 3.
