Prey Veng: Police moved in on a house in Prey Veng where the prime suspect in a child rape and double murder in Sihanoukville was thought to be hiding out.
After arresting the man’s wife, the suspect rushed to the roof and a stand-off occurred.
The incident took place shortly after 1pm on Sunday 2 June.
CPU say that both the suspect and his wife are now in custody and being questioned by police.
