Maritime Cop in Hot water After Theft Caught on Camera (Video)
Phnom Penh: After receiving information from a Facebook showing an officer stealing an Ipad, officials of the Phnom Penh municipal police commissioned a search and detained the suspect for questioning.
The suspect was named Heng Hab, a 25-year-old Maritime Police Commandant.
