Siem Reap Dealers Shop Bent Cop Supplier
Siem Reap: On May 29, 2019, Boun Ly Vong, a 30-year-old police lieutenant colonel at the Ministry of Interior, was arrested by his fellow police force officers following a court order.
The colonel at the Ministry of Interior was arrested by police in Siem Reap on an order issued by the Siem Reap provincial court over drug trafficking charges following confessions to police from a pair of busted dealers.
Police detained the two drug users, with nearly one kilogram of meth and the two suspects said they had bought the product from a police officer.
The initial arrests were made near Preah Monroe Preah Pagoda, Treang Village, Sangkat Slor Kram and a rented room in Sala Kanseng Village, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap City.
The first two suspects were: Sreynev Virak, 26, and Duong Sam Oeun, 25, who were sent to the Siem Reap Provincial Court to take legal action.
The arrested police officer is undergoing questioning.

My name is Nick and I live in the Netherlands.
A few weeks ago I visited Cambodia and met this person Boun Ly Vong.
He was our tourguide on our boat over the Tonlé sap lake, he told told us that this was his regular job and he wants to get his own licence to arrange boat trips.
After this boat tour he asked me and my girlfriend to visit his house where his wife would cook food for us and we would drink some beers and so we did.
We arrived at his house which was not more then some corrugated iron ( not a typical drug dealer house )
We had a great dinner and Boun Ly Vong and his wife were very kind, we did not had the feeling at all that he was / is a drug dealer.
In fact, we really could not believe our eyes when we read this story back home, unbelievable….
