Chinese Bag Snatcher Caught by Mob

Sihanoukville: A Chinese man was detained by police after being caught by a mob in the vicinity of Independence Monument of Sihanoukville at 8 pm on May 28, 2019.

According to witnesses, the suspect grabbed a bag from another Chinese when the victim had opened the door of their car.

The unnamed suspect was taken to the provincial police commission for further action.
