Not Dead, Just Dead Drunk

Sihanoukville: A report reached police of a motorcycle rickshaw driver dead in his tuk tuk in the forest,

After hearing the news from Sangkat No1, Sihanoukville, the Royal Military Police force immediately intervened.

Colonel Hort Seyha, commander of the Royal Gendarmerie’s Royal Military Police in Sihanoukville, who declined to identify the man, said the driver was so drunk he lost consciousness on the night of the 26th May. People passing mistook him for dead and phoned in the crime.

The cops contacted relatives and the drunk man finally went home.
