Phnom Penh: Two females were arrested by police with a large quantity of illegal drugs.

The drug crackdown was made at 2:30 pm on May 26, 2019 at a dress shop, No. 36, Concrete Road 93, Group 14, Chong Kaen Village, Toul Sangke 1 District, Russey Keo District.

According to authorities, Hop Pov, 25 years old, and Hem Chor, 31 years old were arrested for drug offences.

UPDATE: 7 kg of methamphetamine was conformed as being seized.

22 packets of meth, two scales for weighing, some packing bags and some paraphernalia were seized . Both suspects were taken to pre-trial detention for questioning and proceedings.
