Phnom Penh: According an EDC announcement, blackouts have occurred after lightning struck two medium-voltage (MV) units in Toul Pope Village, Sangkat Toul Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.
The technical team is working to repair the electricity and supply to customers will return as soon as 1:00 pm.
