Phnom Penh: After heavy rain and high winds on May 22 floods swept across the streets, trees collapsed on the road and the electricity lines in the Chamkarmon and Boeung Keng Kang districts were damaged.
The Governor of Khan Chamkarmorn, Thong Sothol, attended the inspection of rain flooded streets and the cutting away of trees that collapsed.
