Kratie province: Initial reports say that at 7.25 on the morning of 23 May, there was a accident after ferry capsized at the port on the Mekong in Kratie province’s Chhlong district. The incident was caused by overloading the boat.
Motor vehicles were damaged and witnesses say motorbikes and possibly cars sank into the river.
