Dumped Chinese Man Fails at Suicide
Kratie province: A Chinese man tried to end his life on 21 May 2019, in t Sandan village, Sandan commune, Sambor district.
The man, Chai Sigen, 42, Chinese, has a Cambodian wife and a daughter. The man arrived in Cambodia yesterday and looked for his wife, but found out she went to work in Poipet.
The couple previously went to live in China, having one daughter. The wife took their daughter back to Cambodia but she did not return to China.
After the husband came to find his family and learned they weren’t there, he tried to hang himself. The police force came down and reassured him they would find a better way to resolve the situation.
