Boy Racers Tank in Tbong Khmum

Tbong Khmum: At 9:20 pm on May 19, 2019, a crash happened when two young men drove a Yamaha motorcycle without a license plate into a water tank. The incident took place in Chup commune, Tbong Khmum district.

The two men, known as Phalla Thea, 21, and Choeun Ly, 18, suffered minor injuries. According to witnesses, the two men were riding at high speed as the managed to hit the water tank that was on the side of the road next to a construction site.
