PRC Driver in RCAF Car

Banteay Meanchey: Royal Cambodian Armed Forces license plates are for military vehicles used only for military service, but some have been rented to foreigners to use, which is a military offense.

On the afternoon of May 18, 2019, the military police force of Poipet City detained a Chinese man who was driving a car with RCAF license plate 02-2-9139 in Poipet.
Police said the suspect told them he had hired the vehicle and did not know it was illegal.
