Dealer Caught With 3kg of Meth

Phnom Penh:  An active drug trafficker, along with more than 3 kilograms of drugs was shown to the public on May 19, 2019, after his arrest on May 17, 2019 in Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
