Chinese in Range Rover Misses Divider….

And takes out a wall.

Phnom Penh: On May 18, 2019, at 4:40 am, a Chinese man in a Range Rover hit traffic signs a wall and the sidewalk along road 70, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, vehicle was traveling along Highway 70 from the west at speed, shot to the right, hit various objects, overturned a few times and rested in a piles of bricks.

The driver was hospitalized after the incident. The car was taken to Phnom Penh Road Traffic Police, pending a legal settlement. https://postnews.com.kh/local/441709
