Chinese Drunk Driver Strikes (Again)

Phnom Penh: A very drunk Chinese man in a RAV4 hit a luxury Hyundai at high speeds at 2:20 am on May 18, 2019 near Rainbow Bridge in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Chamkarmon.

Witnesses said that before the incident the RAV4, with a Chinese man in a state of extreme drunkenness drove straight into the other vehicle. After the incident, the parties managed to negotiate a settlement to the victim to end the case.
