Svey Rieng: The Bavet City Police Inspectorate at 7:00 PM on May 15, 2019 received information from residents that a Chinese man who was described as mentally ill was sitting to the east of the Special Economic Zone in Ta Pov Village Bavet, Svay Rieng.
The unnamed man was suffering from severe swelling to both legs. Police took him away and sent him over to the Immigration Department to follow the procedures.
