UPDATE: Boat Burning in Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh: Breaking News: A large boat (*reportedly a fuel tanker) caught on fire just before dawn on May 15th in Russey Keo district.
Police arrived at the scene at 5.30 am, and, at this time are still trying to get the blaze under control.
The boat was later conformed to contain 300,000 litres of oil. Firefighting tems on land and water managed to put out the fire. One man was sent to hospital in Vietnam, while another with less serious wounds is being treated in Calmette.
