22 Year Old Brit Sam Penhallow Dies in PP
Phnom Penh: A 22-year-old British man, SAMUEL MICHAEL PENHALLOW, died at 3:00 am, on May 13, 2019, in a rented house on street 267, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
Specialist police and immigration police went to the scene and concluded that the victim died of a heart attack.
