Preah Sihanouk: A Chinese man was arrested selling drugs at 4:30 am on May 12, 2019 in Group 45, 5 Village, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
Mr. ZHANG HUI, male, 32 years old, works in a massage shop staff in Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
Police seized 2 large packets of meth, 1 large bag of white powder (*probably Ketamine), 32 smaller packages of meth, 32 WYs ‘yama’ pills, 10 cigarettes, 1 mobile phone, scales and packaging. https://postnews.com.kh/local/440150
