Phnom Penh: A video from Boeung Chhouk, in Meanchey district, appears to show a cock fighting ring.

The unknown owner of the site seems to have no issue in flouting the law, being fairly open by holding such illegal matches in broad daylight and well within the capital city limits.

There is speculation that the site operator must have friends in high places in order to continue the matches with impunity.
