Big Truck Crash on Road 4
Sihanoukville: Three large trucks crashed, causing heavy damage on National Road 4, between 118-119 kilometers at around 1 pm, May 9, 2019.
Rain and bad driving are thought to be the cause. Police are on the scene investigating and moving traffic.
Somehow, initial reports suggest only one person was injured.
A very sad article showing that drivers do not know how to adjust
to prevailing road conditions. What an understatement that “Rain and bad driving are thought to be the cause”. ONLY BAD RECKLESS DRIVING WITH UNFITT UNSAFE VEHICLES” under the influence of who knows what, are the true causes of such horrible accidents. Saw plentiful of such on HW4 and other places, and please note this is not a Cambodian only sad issue, it is a worldwide issue when drivers do not care about others.
