Chinese Motorcyclist Dies After Hitting Curb

Sihanoukville: On the morning of May 8, 2019, a road accident occurred in Village 1, Sangkat No 3, Sihanoukville, Sihanouk province, leaving one person dead.

Police said the accident was caused when a HONDA AIRBLADE ridden by a Chinese man named LI YOUPAN, 25, hit the curb at high speed. He was killed instantly.
