Stung Treng: Two Chinese men were arrested for illegally crossing the border.
On May 5, 2019, at 10:00 am, the police station at Trapeang Krael International border checkpoint detained two Chinese nationals coming through the jungle from Laos.
Police said that the two Chinese nationals were: YANG TAOTAO, male, 30 years old, and LIU XIAOXIANG, a 35-year-old male, both from China,and without passports. They seem to have been busted with scissors, phones and a long stretch of cord.
The police force forwarded the pair to the Department of Investigation and implements procedures for questioning and enforcement of the law.
