Sihanoukville – At around 10 am on April 28, 2019, two Chinese construction workers were arrested after attempting to snatch a bag when riding a motorbike, near the new Sampov Meas new store in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The men were knocked from the motorbike and given a warm reception from the crowd until the police arrived.
Both suspects were sent to the police office for further investigation.
