114 Caught Trying to Cross Border

Battambang Province: On Sunday April 28, 2019, at 12:10 pm, members of border guard force No. 815 patrolling in Kbal Spean village, Malai commune discovered that workers a total of 114 people, including 48 women and 9 children trying to illegally cross the border into Thailand.

According to a report by the border demarcation police force 815, Cambodian workers who cross the border to work in Thailand are from 11 provinces.

Heng Polumam confirmed that all Cambodian and male workers had been instructed to return to their respective homelands.
