Sudden Rains Flood Kampot and Sihanoukville
Heavy rains came somewhat unexpectedly over night, bringing flash floods to coastal areas:
Sihanoukville (Huy Bunleng)
Kampot was also flooded, although the water receded after a few hours (MoWRaM)

Kampot flooding caused by poor management at the Chinese run dam and no oversight by the Cambodian government!! No flooding and then the dam sounded its horn twice to dump water, now massive flooding. The day before the river in kampot was low, that when they should have dumped water. This rain was predicted days ago!!! No accountability!!!! Where is the minister that is suppose to oversee these Chinese clowns!! Our house is now flooded and much money lost to damage all because no one will hold these idiots accountable.
