Drunken Father Kills Son, Mother Seriously Injured

Preah Sihanouk: Prey Nup district – Police said that there was a murder at 9:30 pm on 25.04.2019, at Koh Russei point in Ong village, Ream commune, Prey Nob district, Sihanouk province.

A man named Mao Chhoeun, 34, a construction worker, used a sharp knife to attack his wife and child. The six-year-old son named Kin was seriously injured and died when he was taken to hospital.

The wife, Sam Khoin, 33, was seriously injured and was taken Sihanouk Hospital. The suspect was drunk and a verbal conflict escalated into violence.

Police arrested the suspect and are preparing a legal case against him.
