Chinese Moto Thief Caught in Poipet

Banteay Meanchey province: Provincial police arrested a Chinese man who stole a motorbike at 8 pm on April 23, 2019, in Svay Chek district, Banteay Meanchey district.

The Chinese suspect, 22-year-old Chao Tzung from Sichuan province, recently arrived in Poipet. The owner of motorbike Tep Linda, 37, lives in Phsar Kandal village, Sangkat Phsar Kandal, Poipet city.

At 11 am on April 23, the Chinese man went for a walk and found the ZOOMER X, without a license plate and took it.

After losing the motorbike, the owner filed a complaint at the Poipet Police Inspectorate.

On April 24, the police arrested the suspect and sent a case to the court for legal action. The motorbike was handed over to the original owner. https://kbn.news/archives/121523
