Do any foreigners who die in Cambodia NOT die of a heart attack? This man of 38 years, the Brit of 22 years, etc. What is it about Cambodia that causes ex-pats of all ages to lapse into heart failure? Time to ban public smoking and raise the price of Happy Hour draft beers to $2 — the extra dollar as tax to medical research and treatment fund administered by the UN.
