Korean Caught on Overstay

Oddar Meanchey: The police force of O’Smach arrested a Korean man at ASEAN Guest House in O’Smach Village, Sangkat O Smach, Samrong City, on April 22, 2019 at 8:30 am.

The foreigner had been residing illegally with a visa that expired six months ago.

Police said that the foreigner, named Park Tae-joo, 50, of South Korea, was issued a single entry visa valid from September 28, 2018 to October 28, 2018, at the Poipet International Border Gate.

After he was arrested by the police force and brought to the administrative post for questioning, the case was transferred to the specialized police office of the provincial police commission. https://khmeread.com/posts/39530
