Banteay Meanchey: A car was deliberately set alight at 7:30 pm, April 14, 2019, near Build Bright University in O Ambel Village, Sisophon City, Banteay Meanchey Province.
According to the source from Sisophon police, the incident was caused after a dispute between a man named Phon Sagda Dara, about 30 years old, who was angry with his brother Phon Orphi Yao, a 25-year-old boy after the car was borrowed (and possibly damaged) without permission.
Firefighters attempted to control the blaze, but it was too late and the car was totally destroyed.
