Kampong Chhnang Province: At 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon, Kampong Tralach District police force detained a gangster who was filmed attacking other youths with a samurai sword on Tuesday evening.
The suspect, Kang Saroeun, a 23-year-old was arrested the day after the ruckus at 15:40 pm, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, following much outrage from the general public.
