Chinese Plans For Cambodian Fish Farming

China, Shenzhen: The Director of China Ocean Fisheries Holding Co. Ltd Liu Rong Sheng during a meeting with Veng Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries on April 15, 2019 in Shenzhen, China, discussed raising fish species in Cambodia.

Mr. Liu Rong Sheng talked about the aquaculture chain in Cambodia, including the production of fish feed, processing, packing and storage for local distribution and export. His company wants to raise the farming of fish in Cambodia.

HE Veng Sakhon, minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, urged the company to cooperate with the administration and conduct environmental impact assessments as soon as possible to request authorization from the government.
