Kandal: A military official who was injured after an explosion from the gas tank of his car was rushed to hospital yesterday in Takhmao, where he died at about 2 am on April 13, 2019.
The victim was named as a military officer from the Royal Gendarmerie, Ngon Konthea
The incident occurred at 12:40 pm on April 12, 2019, in Takhmao, Kandal province.
