Phnom Penh: The Police Inspectorate of Daun Penh district said on April 11, 2019, at 18:30, a Chinese man was arrested for flying a drone near the Royal Palace.
Police in Daun Penh confirmed that the suspect was Lin Yanhe, a 33-year-old male from China.
He was caught taking shots of the palace with his drone, which is in a no-fly area.
