Phnom Penh: TheDaun Penh Police Inspectorate arrested a suspect for stealing a foreigner’s backpack on Preah Sisowath Quay / corner of Street 118, Village 1, Sangkat Phnom Penh. Phsar Kandal 1, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh at 7:00 PM, April 10, 2019.
The suspect, is a 25 year old, Khmer male, homeless and a drug addict.
